fantastic family fun!
branded drinks varied entertainment multiple slides
the all-inclusive package is wonderful, especially the wide array of branded drinks available. the kids loved the pools with slides! the park and football pitch provided endless fun. the entertainment was fantastic with so many options.
the only slight downside was encountering queues at the bar during peak times for drinks and food.

there are three pools available! a dedicated kids' pool is separate from the adult pool. there is also an over-18s pool that features a hot tub for adults who want some relaxation.

the staff is friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. the cleaning crew does a great job and keeps everything clean. the entertainment team works hard to keep everyone entertained and create a fun atmosphere.

breakfast has a vast assortment of breads, with a ham carving station for toast. you'll also find pancakes, crepes, waffles, churros, and a nutella selection. lunch and dinner include diverse, high-quality meals with something to suit different tastes.

The food was great. I found a good standard in the restaurant. I especially loved the adults only pool area. The hotel staff were very friendly people!

fantastic family holiday!!!
safe feeling friendly staff amazing pool fun games
I felt safe letting my kids roam and play with other children. It was an very nice experience for them and us. i really appreciated the friendliness of the soft play staff members like anna and her colleagues. the hotel pool was so much fun, with lots of games to play all day. almudena and dogman encouraged my girls to have so much fun on their holiday.
i found the service at reception to be lacking. i have a child with coeliac disease. every day, i had to plead for gluten-free food. they don't seem prepared for this.

the hotel includes three main pools, which allows everyone to play safely, and the water slides are fantastic and keep children entertained. there is also an adults-only pool and a jets pool equipped with a disability access chair.

The buffet restaurant offers a massive choice of food. All allergy information is clearly labeled allowing independence when selecting meals. fresh meat is cooked on a flat top grill. the papayas bar and kitchen staff are all fantastic and make full gluten-free pizzas and fries.

The staff members work hard to ensure stays are fantastic. They are always working constantly. the reception staff is also fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. More pillows are available if needed and any issues are promptly addressed.

the rooms are spacious and cleaned to a super clean standard. the decor is lovely. the maids are all super friendly and trustworthy. the beds are comfy, and the rooms offer easy temperature control, including a clean bathroom and showers.

lovely staff amazing team expensive hotel rude company
the entertainment team worked very hard and the staff was very lovely. my child loved berliza, she was amazing with the people.
i was disappointed as i thought the hotel would be amazing since it was expensive. upon arrival, i had to put my cases in a room until 3 pm when the rooms were released. also, the hotel company seemed too busy trying to save money instead of making a holiday for customers.

interactive activities food variety
The interactive activities throughout the day were a great addition. I particularly enjoyed the Aqua Gym. The food had a big variety to choose from and tasted great.
